REFUND OF PRE-FUNDED JOB MONEY: FULL REFUND OR PART-STOLEN REFUND?

Hello,

I was considering pre-funding a job I'm advertising, based on the reassurance by PPH that I could get a refund if the job was not awarded. In the "Pre-Funded" it says that my deposit is 100% refundable, but as I have worked with other projects, normal refunds usually take a percentage.

So my question is - if I pre-fund my project and then as for a refund (in case I do not award anyone), do I get full amount that I have deposited?

  Many thanks for your message. If for whatever reason you require a refund and our system automatically takes a charge, you may contact us directly to ensure this is refunded back to you in full.

  I pre funded a project but the person I awarded the project too had to withdraw and so I have found another supplier to fix the problem and would like a refund. However,t his is proving impsosible and on reading your answer above, it appears that any refund I get will be less your commission. However, as you haven't successfully supplied anyone for the job, I'm not sure how that can be. Please send me the exact link I need to initiate a refund as I am really, really struggling to find it myself. Thanks. Adrienne Lawler
