Deleting archived work streams

Hi,

I have pages and pages of archived work streams that I cannot delete. This function would make it easier and clearer to find things I need from the archived work streams.

In the same light of keeping things easier to manage and de-clutter, jobs that have been awarded and completed from 2010 appear as still in progress. Only the buyer side can they mark it as complete. It would be really  helpful to have that as an option under the setting where we can mark the work stream as unread etc

Please try and add these features.
