Application not approved

Hi there, my application was not approved - after having my application sent back to me twice to change profile picture, my whole application was then not approved which was a bit of a time waster and was very frustrating, and I'm sure you can understand.

Can you please advise me how I can improve it and when I may be able to resubmit an application?

  I'm trying to have my application approved with People Per Hour but I get no feedback when its rejected.
