Payment verification documents

Hi,there.

Hope you are all well.

I am student and besides I am a freelancer.

I am facing much problem withdrawing money from PPH to Bank and Payoneer.

I have provided the following documents for Bank Account Withdrawal

1) Bank Statement

2) National Id card in PDF format (As I have not received my ID card yet).

 

For the payoneer account I have added the following

1) Payoneer card details

2) National Id card in PDF

 

The problem is that I can not withdraw any amount from PPH either in Payneer or  in my Bank account.

 

Please suggest me what to do.

    Thank you for your message.

    Sorry for that. We have received an unexpectedly high amount of requests from our users. The processing is taking longer than usual because of an increase in transactions we're having to process.

    However I have now personally notified my payments team and will get them verified as soon as possible from us.

    Apologies for the inconvenience caused and appreciate your understanding on this matter.

    same problem with me  i withdraw 3 times and it worked but now i have also attached every thing still unable to withdraw amount

    I'm having the same exact problem. When I try to withdraw funds to my bank account I keep getting the same message saying I need to upload documents I've already submitted - an endless loop. 

    My client and I have had to pause work as I can't get paid! Can you please help?

    It's the same issue for me, and i have not taken on any jobs due to this fact as i don't know what is going on and when the issue will be sorted out.

    Which type document you needed to verify my bank details. I need to know I submitted many times my bank bank statement but it will declined and your team write a note that is " currency not supported " does PPH not support INR currency?
