    It's sorted now. The support team re-verified the documents and everything is working fine. Tickets need to be raised, and they will be verified automatically.

    Hi,

    Glad to hear you were able to withdraw your funds! How did you get the support team to re-verify your documents? I’ve raised several tickets but haven’t received any response. My documents are showing as verified, but I’m still unable to withdraw my funds.

    Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

    I also have the same problem. The freelancer support from PPH is awful. No response to support tickets for nearly 3 weeks now.
