False profile and portfolio.

Hello everyone,

Every time I meet more fake portfolios, portfolios and even hourlies, very valued freelancers.
Why is it allowed to happen? Does it depend only on us that these liars disappear? Just take action if you take the trouble to report to you by a request and very clear all data?

When I'm studying whether to send a proposal to a job, I usually look at the CV of the other freelancers to measure whether I care or not to send the proposal.
Often, only open the profile, and see the first images I think, Wow, I've seen this before!

Me very angry that people are so deceitful and so exploited as to use someone else's work as their own. Or they say is theirs a material that is freely accessible.
I get angry much they try to deceive customers. This goes against the freelancers and ultimately against PPH.

If, as some people are claiming, an open forum is created, all these violations could be reported and we and PPH, would gain.
