Client not responding and clearing payments

Hi PPH,

I just completed my first assignment on PPH and sent invoice to client.

I also sent messages on PPH but client is not responding since last 1 week.

Can you please help?.

  Your invoice will be automatically paid should the buyer not get back in touch with you.

  How much time will it take to transfer funds from seller escrow to my PPH account, if seller is not responding form a week. Even if raised a invoice also.

  Hello PPH Support Team,

  I've issued the invoice for Mr. Rolf H. on March 24, but he hasn't paid the remaining 100 GBP, please notify him to pay the invoice.
