Withdrawal pending.

Hi,

I have a "Withdrawal pending" since August 9th.
Many days I see that will be processed to my bank account "() Within one working day" but the money does not appear anywhere.

I attached an image of what appears to me in "Transactions / Payments".

What happens to this money?

  Same happen to me. They still not doing the transfer. Although they already approved the documentations they requested

  My documents were approved but the money wasn't transfer I just checked and was another withdrawal activated but is pending. I am wondering if this is not a way to keep my money for longer. 

  I will really appreciate if the money goes to my bank account as soon as possible. Thanks
