I received the message below:

"Our Moderation Ninjas detected content in your WorkStream, which was in violation of our Terms & Conditions. For that reason, your message never reached sanjeev's Inbox. If you want to talk this through, just Contact us."

This is the first email I attempted to send. Which policy did I violated please?

  I have just received a similar message "The specific Stream has been blocked because writing ielts test has been moderated." Can you imagine teaching IELTS writing may have violated any terms or conditions??! 

  And, I am directed here for the "amazing Customer Support Ninjas." I hope some amazing individual can provide some explanation!

  It is hugely frustrating to say the least.

  I urgently needed the services of translation of documents, I turned to a specialist and wrote him a message. After that I found the phrase "Uh-oh! Your WorkStream was moderated
  Our Moderation Ninjas detected content in your WorkStream, which was in violation of our Terms & Conditions. For that reason, your message never reached Yauheni's Inbox. If you want to talk this through, just Contact us". I can’t understand what happened ??? thank
