  I am facing the same issue. How long the "refund request will be automatically processed within a few days" will take? Is there any specified dates or hours like 48hrs or is it arbitrary?

  hi i am facing the same problem, Please can someone contact me to resolve. it has been 72 hours and still no response, the deadline is way passed and still no finished product
