Unable to locate bank transferred funds

Hi, 

 

I have transferred some money to the account given after trying to accept a proposal, however it has been 6 working days now and the money is still not showing in my account. 

This is very urgent as both the freelance designer and i are keen to get moving with the process, with the fund issue it is dragging both of us down.

Please help.

the reference given to me was CD00052, i have payment proof if needed.
