Unable to open / download attachments by freelancer to workstream in progress

Hi,

I am unable to download the atachments submitted by my chosen frelancer for workstream #1260248 

The error message i always get is the following:

"This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. The document tree is shown below.
<Error>
<Code>AccessDenied</Code>
<Message>Access Denied</Message>
<RequestId>56870EDB9FD91C4D</RequestId>
<HostId>

It is really annoying since it is an urgent task.

 

I have tried both Chrome and Internet Explorer, and bot request I "log in", which is odd since I am already logged in. On Internet Explorer, it was my first login.

  Thank you for your message.

  Please note that if the files are not attached properly then you will get this error. Please ask your seller to re upload the files in the workstream or ask them to upload them on the share the link on the workstream so that you will be able to download using that link.

  Hey Chawki

  This happens when the filename has a character in it that it doesn't like. This can be an apostrophe or a hyphen. Try to just use letters and nothing else. Then attach again. It should work. 

  It often does this and it is a flaw.

  I have the same problem. It is uploaded to 10% then it stopped and give me message(invalid file).
  What's wrong?
