Buyer Not Responding
Hi!
I've started a project with a buyer towards the end of June and I've submitted her initial concept designs and she provided comments. Then I wanted to get in touch with her live and discuss her ideas more thoroughly so that I could get a better understanding of what it is that she's leaning towards and I've tried to set up a conversation with her several times, but no avail. Either she forgot or didn't respond even though she promised to reconvene and discuss. Now she hasn't replied to me since my last message on July 17 and the project is about half way done. Could you please elaborate as to what should I do next since the client is not responding ?

It is really annoying when that happens as we wish to be paid. If she provided comments and you've done the revisions, drop her an invoice and say that you are sending the invoice as you believe the work is done, but you will still be available for revisions. I have found that when they receive an email saying that the money will be automatically taken from Escrow and given to the buyer, they wake up!
That way, you can get a response out of them :)
