Hi, 

I have sent in a screen shot of my bank statement however the status of my bank account has not changed and I am still being asked to upload verification.

  I submitted my bank statement as scanned document today without password protection. The status of my bank account payment method is showing: Not Approved. Please, help me resolve this problem ASAP.

  i have uploaded my bank statement with all the details requested for verification. however, PPH did not approved it. how can you not approve it when all my details are there for you to see? i paid £20 before and that was without problem. your service is becoming ridiculous and i will never use it again. why do you want people to upload ID, bank statement and bank card showing detail? not even my bank ask for that much proof. i am not comfortable giving all that to you. please rectify the matter asap.

  Was my bank statement not approved because the name on the bank statement different from the name of my PPH account? if so, the name on the PPH account is the name of my company and can be seen in the email address. the name on the bank statement is the name of the person who is in control of this PPH account.
