withdraw my money

hi

I want to withdraw my money. Its the first time I will do it. My bank account has been accepted already.

I click on my name then I go to payments, then to my PPH available money. Then I go to the chart that is below that says currency, available, Deposit funds and withdraw funds. I click on withdraw funds a new window pops up I select the PPH account, I type in the amount I want to withdraw then it says select the account where I want to deposit, but its blank!! It dosen't even give me an option.
