Payoneer account not approved

Hi, my payoneer account was not approved, the reason was that my PPH account name didn't match my payoneer account name. I already changed my PPH account name to match it and resend the payoneer verification file to get it approved. But it's been almost a week already and it's still not approved yet.

Can you help me with this?
