Over 2 weeks my account not verified

 Couple of weeks ago i submit my ID and verification documents. But still it pending. 

im open 2 tickets for this issue and there staff member nothing do anything

 

today im going to add USD withdrawal method (Payoneer). but getting error like this

"The Combination of (Mem+Unique Id of the User of Payonner System+Currency) should be unique in the current context."

 

i think its due to Documents are under review.


please help me
