refund seller now ignoring us

    Hello Ian

    Thank you for your message. I have had a look at your account and I can see you received a reply from our team member, Sai, yesterday at 15:50.

    To request a refund, once logged in to your account, go to the workstream your are referring to and when you scroll all the way down to the bottom, on the top of the text box, you will find a link to "Request Refund" and specify the reason for the refund.

    If the seller approves the refund request the funds are transferred to your wallet shortly.

    If the Seller does not respond to a Refund Request within three (3) working days (a “non-actioned” Refund Request) then PPH may release the funds automatically back to you.

    yes i know that it just says pending. the seller just keeps saying she wants to work with us now although we have awarded the work to another seller

    the refund was requested on 26th September it is now 4th October, she has had plenty of time and numerous requests to deal with this

    I dont know what it takes to get PPH to act but I have followed YOUR guidelines, the seller keeps saying she is going to release the funds and obviously doesnt and Im getting a little bit fed up with chasing you, the seller and writing endless messages which I could really do without.
    My time is valuable as is your sellers and do not need this hassle.

    Please follow your own (non-actioned refund policy)

    Hi Ian,

    Please note that it takes three (3) working days for a “non-actioned” Refund Request to be released automatically back to you. If you requested a refund on Tuesday, then it will be Friday (tomorrow) when the funds are released.
