Hourly Problem

hi, i am new one i want to create hourly but when i click option from sell>>>Post hourly then will open Post a job not hourly, i am seller not buyer from both option Buy>>>>>Post a job, and Sell>>>Post hourly, the result is same open Post a job manu not Post Hourly. what i should do help me please

  Hi,

  This is my second attempt to post an hourly and a message keeps popping up to say that the copy needs to be 150 characters long (which it is) but I keep getting the message below. It means I can not post the hourly. 

  Please help

  i am new and Creat a Hourly Job  Gig  but ( PROVIDE A DESCRIPTION FOR YOUR HOURLIE, OPTIMIZED FOR SEARCH RESULTS) 

   option  mean this box not Fill earror like 120  or 150 caractor issue
