My Hourlie didn't go through

I just got a notification that my hourlie was rejected.
I have already edited the hourlie as per the requirements and policies.
Can i please have my hourlie reviewed once again could you please send me a feedback so that i can make necessary ammendments.

  I am a buyer and got in touch with a seller. But apparently my initial message didn't go through because it violated the terms & cons...?
