    We have checked your account and found that you haven't uploaded all the documents required for verification of your account. Hence your withdrawal request has not been processed. We request you to upload all the documents on your payments settings page (https://www.peopleperhour.com/settings/payments) to verify your account.

    Address Verification:
    • A copy of a recent utility bill or Bank Statement showing your name and address (less than 3 months old)

    Please email it to support@peopleperhour.com so that we will forward it to our payments team from our end.

    I am also dealing with this issue and have been so frustrated.   I sent in a copy of my bank statement and also my auto insurance.  Since I am married many of the accounts are in my husband's name, but you will not accept that, even with my email account and address included.  

    I am worried that you will cost me a lucrative project that I have been contacted about.  It this happens, I am going to be very upset.  As it is, I cannot withdraw my funds or complete invoices until this is sorted out.  I just sent new documents from my email.  Also, those notices do not allow a person to reply because replies go to a non responsive account to the Ninjas.  

    Please look into this immediately and let me know that this is completed.  Things have been working fine and then all of a sudden you want more documentation and I am doing the best I can.

    My Identification Documents in Payment Settings say that: I do not require any documents to be uploaded as all are uploaded and approved 

    All was working fine and then all of a sudden my withdrawals were stop and from last 4 days of ticket raise it is not clear 

    I did not get any email earlier saying you require anything from my side

    I need to make withdrawal 

    Please check what is the concern

    I too am frustrated with this.   

    I will be closing my PPH account for the rejection of my credit card document which you say is acceptable as proof of address.
