  Hello Md

  Thank you for your message.

  Once you have completed the agreed work on the Hourlie to receive payment you just need to raise an invoice to ask the Buyer to release the deposit funds from Escrow and pay any remaining balance.

  To raise an invoice, you have to go to the workstream that you want to get paid for and at the bottom left hand side of the screen next to the text box at the bottom of the workstream, you will find the button to "Raise Invoice". and fill out the invoice form and click 'send'.

  Your invoice will appear on the workstream and your buyer will be notified by email and is asked to pay your invoice within 7 days.

  Please note that you need to add your withdrawal account as well as your address, then you will be able to raise the invoice request.

  How do I get the money from my seller escrow? The  client paid the invoice and I have added a withdrawal account with paypal but the the invoice still shows as unpaid?
