Client did not provide necessary information to start work

Hello,

 

One client bought my hourlier few days ago. But, he did not provide me required information. Then, I can not start work. 
I concern about my profile and hourlier reputation. Will this effect to my carrier and reputation in PPH ?
(As I can not submit work according to delivery days.) Please advice me regarding this matter.

  Many thanks for your message. If the buyer does not provide the information you need to get started, please issue them with a refund stating this as the reason.
