Wrong Security Question Answer

 Trying to access my PPH Account to access my refund but the security question says I have answered wrong.

  Hello Alvin

  Thank you for your message.

  I have reset the security question so when you log in to your payments section you can choose your own question or select one from the drop down menu and enter the answer then save it.

  Please let me know if I can help you with anything else.

  Hi

  i have tried to access my account but the system says that the answer I put for my security question is wrong. I have only one best friend so my answer can never ever be wrong.....please can you advise and if I need be to reset the question.
