    If work is 100% complete and delivered, you can raise invoice, buyer should either pay it or reject it, if no action taken, it will be automatically paid within 7-15 days.

    Buyer is not responding to the invoice sent (one way or the other) and the escrow deposit was pretty low. https://www.peopleperhour.com/freelancer/peter/t-shirt-printer/483063

    I cannot contact the client directly and I have no funds to start a dispute procedure. Can PPH contact the client pleeease.

    I have completed a project a month ago, but buyer is not paying me the amount. How can I raise dispute as I have read your dispute section but couldn't find anything. Kindly guide me through this.

    Hello

    I am facing a problem with a client. I have done a small job that was agreed on $15. The job seems to be final but the client is carrying on with revisions and revisions but no finalization. A job that should take 2-3 days,has taken more than 24 days now. The money is in escrow. I raised invoice but the client is not paying it. What should I do Sir ? Shall I ask for more money to deposit? Is my money safe ?

    Same Issue with me!

    Buyer Not releasing payment And After 100% work done and he agreed as well. he was keep asking for revisions and more revisions which i did live and when there was nothing left he came up with new work which i denied and said its not part of the job. then he changed website login details and cpanel details. and moment after the website was DOWN with error and he said look your did this and i need now full refund.

     

    the website is 100% completed and migrated to his hosting and he take website down blamed me and when i asked to give me log in access so i can check he keep blaming and asking refund.

     

    there should be some account manager who can assist in these when we are paying 20% project fee we need some thing in back to deal with these type of fraud buyers.

     

    Hope PPH will do some strict policy for these type of buyers no just releasing escrow,
