Profile picture has been rejected

My profile picture has been rejected. PPH have asked me to provide a genuine profile picture. I have! I have submitted a picture of me. I am happy with this picture. I don't understand why it has been rejected.

  Please tell me how to change my profile picture. I have looked to change my profile picture but haven't found any relevant edit button to change it.

  The support staff in PPH are giving a bloody run for everything.  They just reject most of everything without proper explanation.

  I feel your pain.  My profile picture works on every other website but this one, and I know I'm a pretty genuine person lol.  Really really frustrating.  I am literally beyond pain in the application process.
