Escrow inactive

Hi,

Somebody paid deposit into my escrow, however when I go to request deposit, it says "Escrow Inactive". Any help would be great.

  I also have same problem my escrow inactive I cannot request to withdraw the payment.

  They made me an escrow and then they paid an invoice with the rest of the work.
  When I see my winnings the total amount does not appear in my account
  How can that Escrow apply to my wallet?
