How can I withdraw an accepted proposal with a rude freelancer?

I accepted a proposal from a web developer and while trying to communicate with him, he was very rude and aggressive. Now I want to withdraw my proposal and work with someone else.

  Hi Jennifer,

  I'm very sorry to hear that. You can cancel the project by going to the workstream with the seller, scroll to your text box where you would send your seller a message. Above the text box you will see a list of options including ‘More’. Click that and select ‘Request Refund’.
