  Would you PLEASE OPEN A TICKET FOR ME. I gave the correct password for my security question "who is your best friend" and it says it is incorrect. I went to change password settings AND STILL I CANNOT GET INTO MY PAYMENT SETTINGS. I CANNOT EVEN get a new security question  so I can put in my password. I set question WHERE is my hometown. it does not appear on the security question. I HAVE BEEN TRYING ALL DAY TO GET INTO MY PAYMENT department so i can arrange bank info. Your WEBSITE HAS A DAMN GLITCH. will you please respond??????>
