Completing my profile
Hello,
When trying to complete my profile, it askes me to add an external site or a social account. I don't have a Linkedin account, I don't have any relevant external website and I don't understand exactly how a facebook account can help me. I have experience in customer service industry, but my Facebook personal page is full of unprofessional stuff. Why should I add my facebook page in my profile on a website where I have to highlight my professionalism ? I have worked in call center in French and English and this is the kind of job I am looking for on this website. If I added my short description and my resume isn't that enough ? Why is it mandatory to add a LinkedIn account, or a Facebook account or an external screen. The interview by Skype with the employer is the most important when it comes to deciding whether an employer should hire me or not. Thank you.

When trying to submit a proposal for a job, I discovered a tricky thing: I have to deposit an amount of money so that I can apply for that job, but when I completed my profile, it never asked me to provide credit card details or other payment method details and plus, during completion or approval of my profile, there was nowhere mentioned that I need to make a deposit of money before I apply for a job. Why this tricky, hidden way of working ? Why wasn't this mentioned when I completed my profile ? And where exactly do I have to click so that I can add my payment method details ? I'll go on with the process. Who knows what other tricky surprises I'll have along the way.
