Paypal rejected

Hi, I have used a legally shared paypal account numerous time to buy stuff on PPH, now it has been rejected for selling because the names do not match. Why this double standard, and how to solve this?

  Nobody wants to solve this? Such a simple issue, and it is a maior problem for this "helpdesk"
