Get back previous clarification board's functional!
Hello PPH-ninjas.
For a past half-year (6 Months, Carl!) I'm trying to get it back.
Clarification board is very matter feature of PPH.
But it's just dying because of (censored) moderation.
Was in past: I've asked a clarification from a client - it's immediately posted and I've got an answer from client
Right now: I've asked a clarification from a client - after 2 or 3 or even 5 hours it's just arrived to clarification board (or not at all, with no reason or with funny "you message unpublished because of bla-bla-bla). How sweet! Of course any client would like to wait 5 hrs for to check if somebody asked about anything, yeah!
The target of your moderation was to prevent scamers, spamers and wrong questions/attempts to self-advert or contact for free, right?
Now I see everything like before: so dummy generic messages, scam, spam, etc. - all of it posted on clarification board just immediately! But my messages which is real, obey the rules and really need to deliver to client as it not generic but individual crafted request - need to wait for 5 hours!
I've sent you bunch of messages about that problem and only one generic answer from your support all the time: need to wait, our professionals working really hard for to solve it.
Are you seriously?

You are right Alexandra, I get really racked off with stupid expectations from some buyers who think they can get a £600 job for £50, or someone to work for £3 per hour.
On other occasions, it was/is necessary to inform the purchaser that they can only buy the product from a certain type of freelancers. For example; someone wanting their home purchase conveyaning done. This has to be done by a licensed person and not someone unlicensed living in Pakistan. Yet the moderation system no longer gets that very important advice through. There's only a few qualified, licensed and insured Solicitors on the PPH system, so we have a duty to point these things out.
Return message moderation to its old way.
