Why am I being charged an admin fee?

I have been charged an admin fee for the last 3 months. What is this for, how do I get it refunded and how do I close my account to stop this happening again.

 

PPH used to be my first choice for freelancers but something has gone seriously wrong with the service recently.

  I have just discovered the same thing... I have been charged for 7 months and I dont even have the company anymore. In my PPH account everything shows zero and nothing is open. I was just looking into PPH for some work I wanted to get done for a new venture but now I just want to close my account and get refunded what I have been charged mistakenly.... Thanks
