Paypal verification "Pending" for too long.

I've updated my PayPal details to include both original email address and one associated with PPH account, and have submitted screenshot of necessary items.

However, my payment details have been pending with PPH for days and days now.

 

How much longer do I have to wait before I can claim the money which is owed to me?
