HOW WILL MY PAYMENT TRANSFERRED TO ANOTHER SELLER?

Hi..

I have already made payment via my credit card for the hourlie i have requested and already communicated to my seller. But due to the time constraints in doing and delivering the reports, my seller refund to me the amount which being held in escrow. Then I browse other Hourlie that I may seem fit to do the task i am needing. My question is, does my payment will be automatically applied to my new Seller choosen? Since everytime i have choose a Hourlie Seller, there's an icon for the "buy". Do i have to click the "buy" button knowing that my payment thru credit card was previously refunded by my first Seller?

Please do advise since this was my first time in PPH.

Many thanks for your message.

If you click 'Buy' and then select the option to pay using your PPH Wallet, this will use the funds you were refunded by the previous seller.

Please let me know if I can help you with anything else.

Please note that in order to reset your security question, you have to e-mail us a copy of a utility bill or driving license with your address on it.
