do pph pay tax

hello  

our company is a big company in turkey and we should pay tax for all of our Financial transactions even all the payments to PPH.

we are working withPPH for around 1 year and our company need some informatipns. we need the invoice for all payments to PPH because of that it's really important to know if PPH pay tax in their own country? and we need the document of that .  although we need the information about pph company something like companies İD . i will be really appraciated if you can help us.
