Admin fee

I've just logged into my account to see an admin fee has been taken monthly. I was not informed of any charge via email so please refund all charges ASAP

  I've had the same issue, I haven't logged into this account for years! What the hell is this??

  Same issue.  I knew I had funds in the account, and would use them at some point, but didn't need to log in to check it.  Next thing, the funds are gone.  There was no clear, up-front and obvious notification of this.

  Please refund any admin fees deducted immediately.

  This just has happened to me as well. I was horrified when I found out that PPH had charged in this way. It's not a type of charge that I anticipated in any way and wasn't given any warning or email or anything. Please return these charges ASAP.

  why has there been an admin fee taking from my account for the last four months i would like my refund back into my account PPH are thieves!
