I am unable to pay the proposal

Hi

 

I am unable to pay the proposal that has been sent across to me. I have attempted to pay 5 times and after pressing pay when passed to PAYPAL the screen reverts back to the proposal payment option list.

 

Can you advise me as to how to make the payment as I have attempted both PAYPAL and via a Visa card?

  I HAVE TRIED UPWARDS OF 20 TIMES TO PAY FOR A PROPOSAL; I HAVE CLEARED THE CACHE, AND ALSO TRIED ON MOBILE AND ANOTHER WEB BROWSER!

   

  ABSOLUTE JOKE. 

   

  I ENTER MY CARD DETAILS AND THEN IT TAKES ME BACK TO THE PAYING OPTIONS! I TRIED WITH PAYPAL, AND IT STILL TAKES ME BACK TO THE PAYING OPTIONS.
