How to complete job and write a REVIEW

Hello,

I cannot see any options where I can mark the job as "completed/finsihed" and where do i find the option to leave the seller a positive feedback for his work?

 

I mean it cant be that i am just not finding it... very frustrating.

  Hello, HOW TO MAKE job complete. YOU guys have bad USer interface because its really confusing.
