I received the following message from a Xin J. guy. Is this a scam or what?

I am ready to work with you but you need to make a deposit of 10$ to my company paypal princeofparadise1301@gmail.com .Once you did I will mail you the other details for the project That deposit is for security. If you don't like my work I will refund that 10$ amount. many fraud ppl are here so just a test check.

  Hey Dan

  Don't deposit any money! The great thing about PPH is that you can protect both parties with their Escrow system. So, ensure that you stick through PPH and report this guy. 

  No-one would ask for this for security. It's completely wrong.
