I don't know whenever I click apply for the post this pop Up message appears, I am getting this since last couple of months, I thought it would be some maintenance problem but has not resolved yet. I would be thankful if anyone guides me.
You have to try again in three months' time or so. The site is overrun with freelancers, such that there aren't enough projects for them. That's not good.
