Additional invoice amount payment

Hi,

 

I completed a job through hourlie and during work scope increased where I billed / raised addition amount in invoice. Now buyer has hourlei payment secured in escrow but he is not able to pay that additional amount. 

Do I have to raise another hourlie to charge amount or can buyer add additional amount in escrow to pay final amount to me?

  Hello Harish

  Thank you for your message.

  Once you have completed the agreed work on the Hourlie to receive payment you just need to raise an invoice to ask the Buyer to release the deposit funds from Escrow and pay any remaining balance.

  To raise an invoice, you have to go to the workstream that you want to get paid for and at the bottom left hand side of the screen next to the text box at the bottom of the workstream, you will find the button to "Raise Invoice". and fill out the invoice form and click 'send'.

  Depending on the amount the buyer is going to pay, if it's the same amount of the Hourlie the buyer can buy another one, if it's not , just send him a deposit request or raise invoice from the same Hourlie workstream
