Why are new unread messages not showing on page 1
I've had several messages from clients that are showing up anywhere on my email list from page 2 to page 8! How are we supposed to find new messages easily?
I can also see I have messaged people that I speak to regularly and they haven't even read my message and it is ongoing work - I don't think they can find the messages either - I've had people I work with admit they missed my last message and are struggling with the new dashboard. The new dashboard has some good features but I think the lack of new messages/unread messages being easily visible to buyers and sellers is damaging my earning potential and also impacts the deadline being met!
We don't all get hourlies purchases in advance or deposits made - for repeat clients worked with for over a year it is standard to make it as simple as possible for them and often there is a conversation before work begins. These are the threads that seem to get pushed to the back. Only paid for in advance work seems to stick at the top on your mailbox.

I've literally come to this section to see if anyone else is having the same issue. I too am having the same issue.
I have a new dashboard and the messages that I'm seeing on there, are not the same reflecting in order of the top messages button icon.
I can't work out what's going on. But the front page dashboard is not syncing up with the messages at the top button.
Please fix this asap, as I'm getting people saying I'm not responding, it's because I'm not able to find the messages!
