Escrow is released and client left the feedback as well. I still see the amount in escrow and cannot withdraw that. Why?

  I don't see any ticket. Is there a way to generate one myself? I brought a direct client on PPH to work with because of escrow feature. My communication was already direct with him on skype and now payment is stuck in escrow because you  guys process it manually I suppose. I am using this system after a long time and not happy with it so far. Job completed and delivered 5 days ago and money is no where to be seen. Please do something about it.

  Hi

  I have had a job cancelled by the buyer and money is still held in escrow to her.  How can I get this released back to me?

  hi i am not able to put money on my escrow. the only options available is to deposit money on past previous PHH people i have paid, i would like to put money on my Escrow like i have done before and when i need to pay on PHH i can just take from my escrow. is there another way of putting money because its not working now and giving me the option
