    Hi,

    I have a similar issue. Having moved country since my last job on this site, I have added new withdrawal accounts.

    I've given the necessary info for my bank account as I'd prefer to get a bank transfer, but it still shows as "Not Verified".

    I've written an email to the support team but have not received any answer yet...

    Thank you for your message.

    I am happy to inform you that we have received all required identification documents from you and they have been approved by our payments team. Your bank account and your Paypal account are now PPH verified and your withdrawals will be processed normally.

    Please let me know if there is anything else that I can help you with.

    Hello PPH team,

    I have similar issue. Somehow I am unable to transfer money in my approved bank account, I tried twice but transaction was rejected and refunded payment. However the local bank transfer fee is not refunded yet.

    Let me know what I need to do for transfer payment to my bank account? And will previous cancelled transaction local bank fee can get back or not?

    same issue , i have transfer payment in my approved bank account, the transaction was successful but  I can't withdraw anymore and when i visit to bank then i found no any payment , after one week refunded payment back to my account but  local bank transfer fee is not refunded yet.
