Simple Person to Person transaction.

When I have done business with a seller, and I need a bit more done, it is EXTREMELY cumbersome to get him paid!

We already have trust, so we communicate freely, and once he knows how many hours it took him, he should be able to just bill me, and I pay it. However, he can't bill me until I generate a new job posting, which is a fight through your system to post it for him ONLY.

When I am viewing the seller, there is a button that says New Post. When I click that, I should have the choice to post it to him - only invite him, but no, I get a list, and HE IS NOT EVEN ON THE LIST!! It's stupid! I started from his profile!!

Just give me a way to give only him a job to invoice from.

Also, when I pay someone, they should automatically be added to my Favorite People list. They are not even shown anywhere! I have to search for their funky foreign name that I can't spell? They should be there. Automatically.
