Bank & PayPay Documents Pending

Hi there,

I have money in my wallet that PPH is not letting me access, even though I have been able to withdraw funds before!  I have uploaded a letter from my Bank, my Passport and my PayPal profile page as PROOF and EVIDENCE that I am who I say I am and yet my account documents are still PENDING!!  This is not good enough.  I have a business to run and do not appreciate you withholding funds that I have legally earned and have the right to withdraw.  Please look into this matter ASAP and approve all my documents or let me know if I need to provide any further evidence (which would be ridiculous if this is the case) - would you like a blood sample too?!  NOT HAPPY!
