My profile is not accepted

 Hi there

I have tried several times to correct my application information and be more precise but it is not accepted. I keep no taking this message:

" A few changes needed to start selling!

After a close review of your application we've determined that to accept to sell on PeoplePerHour, You need to take the following action: Provide a genuine profile picture. Please add more details in the About section."

I have already changed my profile picture and corrected the about section with more detail. What else can I do?

  Hello, I had a message that my portfolio/profile pic contains some contact details, I've removed all the portfolio, now I can't download any of my works for some reason. And the account is still suspected

  Hi,

  I have also had this issue. I even tried using another photo of me, but again I got the same error message and as such, I cannot start selling. Please may I have some help with this?

  I have tried several times to correct my application information and be more precise but it is not accepted, I received a mail from your team that profile accepted but while I am logged in see the message that its not accepted, how its happen ?

  Hi i am facing the same issue . I received an email that your profile is accepted but when i open my account it shows that your profile is rejected. I don't know what's the issue
