Turn off email notification

How can I turn off email notification when someone send me a proposal?

It's annoying, I don't want to receive any notification from People per hour.

Why you don't give us the options to select? Why you bother us with interesting and important?

This is a spamming.

  Hi I on´t want to receive any more mail from people per hour. Do I have to shut sown my account?
