    I haven't forgot the answer to my security question, how could I its a personal fixed answer. (Think mothers maiden name/ first school/ place of birth - they don't really change)

     

    But PPH wont accept any version of it, and lock me out after 3 failed attempts.

     

    I'm suspecting they introduced this AFTER I became a member and don't actually HAVE the correct answer, so I could never access the payment area.

     

    They want me to go through a charade of a password reset process, which I refuse to do... the answer is the answer, and I Know it.

     

    Total bollocks of a situation

    And then today they automatically deducted 10% refund fees off me, when a seller FAILED TO DELIVER. 

    Or to call it another way the " We get paid even if you don't get your job done" Fee.

    And I discovered its in their policy to 'waive' the fee when it is the seller's fault.... so, they ignore that and take it anyway!

    This platform is rapidly going down the pan

    Its funny how so many people are saying they don't remember ever setting a security question....

    I certainly don't, but I also can't figure how I could possibly get wrong an answer which is fixed?

    I'm afraid Kevin you'll have to go through a whole rig-ma-role and reset your password to 'prove' its you that wants to reset your security question...

    If ever a platform said "We don;t give a toss about you" its PPH and this ridiculous security question issue.
